About Us

Manly House began on the Northern Beaches in Sydney in 2018.

The key people at Manly House are Tom Oates and Piotr Kulicki.

Tom Oates grew up in Manly, his family arriving from England in  1970.  He attended Manly West Primary School and Balglowlah Boys High School.  In the 1980s and 1990s, He studied Science at Sydney University and Law at UTS.  Tom has over 20 years experience in Law and Property.  He lives in Freshwater with his family.

Piotr Kulicki grew up in warsaw-poland. Before coming to australia piotr lived in several countries including austria and new zealand. he studied nursing in new zealand and after arriving in australia studied special education at acu and completed postgraduate certificate in management at unsw. piotr has more than 32 years of experience in working with people with disabilities and managing group homes. he has been living in the northern beaches with his family since the late 1980’s.
